“I have been practicing Yoga for 15 years. It is just a life style like eating, sleeping, yoga and plus training for luxury. I found balance and peace inside of me. I deeply believe that crossfit + yoga is the 2 best things I can get in my life, and it proves to me. I am 58 years old now and I have been go through a lot of difficult time in my life. I feel stronger and stronger both mentally and physically by practicing yoga and crossfit training. My yoga activities: -One week every year go to Portugal for Bikram Hot Yoga retreat - Member of Roskilde hot yoga studio - Member of Hot Yoga Hellerup - In January this year, I started my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Hot Yoga Copenhagen. It is good experience for me to practice and learning Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. And learning of Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy helps me very good understanding of the body and the mind, know better myself and others. It is always my dream to share yoga with others and to have a happy peaceful healthy life for the people I love.” |
